“Just came back from dinner with my family and had to post – the exported rib eye steaks were world class – and far better than what we had at Char Steakhouse in Red Bank about a month ago. Perfectly cooked, nicely marbled, and lightly (perfectly) seasoned. The potatoes Au gratin were a plus, and vegetables rounded out the fare. Wing appetizers and desserts, and we were pleasantly stuffed – hard to please my wife and she wants to go back this weekend. Open to the public on Friday, get the steaks before they’re gone!” |
